mind slice? is that a new lvl 250 skill?

I want a skill that increases the clip/psi-size of weapons a lot (like 120/180/240 )

purist already have 60 shot . biggest capacity of any class.


mind slice is an enhancement. it give small chance to give a mob 25% dmg regardless of armor. may be useful for HK hunt, but not for anything else. if it was small chance to reduce armor by 25% it would be better IMHO. as is, not very useful. why I don't think psi sword is a great deal compared to spear.

but... i never encounterd a mob where you do less as 25% of your damage.. so how would mind slice help you .. this sounds more as it hurts you?.
or is 25% 'base'-damage added to your 'normal'-damage up to a max of 100% of your damage.

And small changes in cow speak is it happen very very seldom and certainly not when you need it.:/
(who counts on criticals for hunting creatures/hk's/elites?)
